With the wheelchair passenger secured it only remains to lift and close the side loading ramp and the balloon is ready for take-off. Wind conditions should ideally be at the lighter end of the ballooning spectrum to enable a safe take-off and landing for the wheelchair passenger and their accompanying assistant.
